Scope
This notice covers cookies and similar technologies, including browser local storage and third-party scripts. It should be read with the Privacy Policy.
Optional analytics and company-identification tools are blocked until a visitor makes a choice. Rejecting optional technologies does not prevent access to the website.
Cloudflare Web Analytics is an always-on, cookieless aggregate performance service and is separate from those optional tools.
Strictly necessary consent storage
- `taiwha_cookie_consent_v3` — first-party browser local storage used to remember analytics and company-identification choices, the decision time, and expiry time.
- Purpose — to apply and remember the visitor’s privacy choices consistently across Taiwha pages.
- Duration — up to 180 days. The record is removed or treated as expired after that period, and the website asks again.
Always-on cookieless performance measurement
Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled on public pages to provide aggregate page-view and Core Web Vitals information so Taiwha can operate and improve the website.
Cloudflare states that this service does not use cookies, local storage, or fingerprinting and does not track individual visitors across customer websites. It is not controlled by the optional Google Analytics 4 or Apollo consent settings below.
Optional analytics and measurement
If analytics consent is granted, the website loads the Google tag for Google Analytics 4 measurement ID G-8WYXCCMZNT. It measures page visits and website use. Advertising storage, advertising user data, and advertising personalisation remain denied by the website integration.
Google Analytics may receive the page URL and title, referrer, timestamp, browser and device information, IP address, and interaction or event data generated by the configured measurement. Taiwha uses this information to understand aggregate website use and improve its public pages.
`_ga` is used to distinguish users and has a default lifetime of 2 years. `_ga_<container-id>` (typically `_ga_8WYXCCMZNT` for this measurement ID) is used to persist session state and also has a default lifetime of 2 years. Browser limits or Google Analytics property settings may shorten these periods.
Optional company visit identification
If company-identification consent is granted, the website loads Apollo website tracking. Apollo may use cookies or similar technologies to identify visiting companies and, where permitted by the provider and applicable law, U.S.-based professional contacts.
Apollo is not loaded by this website when this purpose is rejected. Provider-controlled technologies and retention may change, so this notice and the provider configuration must be reviewed when the service changes.
Your choices and withdrawal
You may accept all, reject all, or choose analytics and company identification separately. The reject option is available at the same stage as the accept option.
Use “Cookie settings” in the website footer to change or withdraw your choice at any time. If an already-loaded tool is disabled, the page reloads so the tool is no longer loaded for the new page view. You can also clear site data in your browser.
Third parties and changes
Cloudflare, Google, and Apollo may process data outside the United Kingdom. Taiwha reviews the relevant provider terms and transfer safeguards where required by applicable law.
A new measurement purpose, advertising link, provider, or material change to cookie duration requires a fresh technical and privacy review. Where the change affects consent, the website will ask for a new choice.
