Taiwha public research, paid reports, and commissioned services are decision-support outputs. They are designed to clarify evidence, assumptions, uncertainty, scenarios, and review triggers.

A separate written scope, proposal, or contract may apply to commissioned work. If there is a conflict, the later written agreement controls that commissioned work.

No regulated advice or outcome guarantee

Taiwha does not provide investment, legal, tax, medical, psychological, immigration, education-placement, or other regulated advice through this website or its general report products.

Reports, models, and scenarios are decision-support tools. They do not guarantee forecast accuracy, financial return, admission, employment, personal outcome, governance outcome, regulatory result, or business result.

Customer responsibilities

• Provide a clear question, intended reader, deadline, and source boundary.
• Do not send secrets, passwords, private keys, full payment card details, regulated files, or sensitive personal records unless a separate written data boundary has been agreed.
• Seek qualified professional advice before making decisions that require regulated legal, tax, investment, medical, immigration, education, or psychological judgment.

Use of reports

Paid reports and commissioned deliverables are for the customer personal or internal use unless Taiwha gives written permission for wider sharing.

Public research may be linked to or quoted in a fair and limited way with attribution. Do not misrepresent Taiwha outputs as personalised advice, guarantees, or professional regulated opinions.

Payments and checkout

Prices, taxes, and payment details are shown at checkout or in a written payment request. Taiwha does not ask customers to send full card details by email.

Payment links may be provided by Stripe or another payment provider. Their own terms and privacy notices may also apply to payment processing.

Policy clarification

Taiwha Group Ltd may clarify how these policies apply to a specific order or commissioned scope. Nothing in these policies limits any statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
