How the data is used in this report
Taiwha internal satellite data is used to compare the same area across multiple observation periods. It adds a physical perspective to public project records.

Why an operational label is not the same as sustained operation
“Completed and operational” usually establishes that a project has reached an official or company-stated operating milestone. Sustained operation still involves output, energy use, equipment utilisation, orders and continuity over time.
